Steven Spanton
Steve began his investment career in 1983 as a stock options market maker in San Francisco, California. In 1990, Steve transitioned from the options trading business into an investment advisory role. Steve observed through the options business that markets and economies go through business cycles. Because of these market cycles, Steve has developed an investment philosophy that helps his clients to invest their portfolios according to these business cycles.
Katharine Euler
Financial Advisor/Office Manager
Katie began her career in the financial services industry in 2017 when she joined the team at Innovative Financial Management, Inc.
Katie graduated on the Dean’s List from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Colorado with a BA in Psychology. She holds a FINRA Series 7 and 66 License held through LPL Financial and has her Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Prior to moving to Colorado, she spent six years working as a civilian for the United States Air Force in Europe. During that time, she won Civilian of the Year in her category for Third Air Force and received an award from HQ USAFE/JA for her Exemplary Civilian Service.
In her spare time, you’ll find Katie spending it outdoors with her family and rooting on the Chicago Cubbies. Go Cubs Go!
Desiree Greenhaw
Desiree joined Innovative Financial Management, Inc as a client service liaison in the fall of 2024, bringing with her a strong commitment and fresh perspective to client service.
Originally from Texas, she has recently relocated to Colorado, where she is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Education at Liberty University.
Throughout her life, Desiree has embraced a spirit of exploration, traveling across the country during her transition from high school to college. This journey has enriched her understanding of diverse cultures and lifestyles, which she values in her approach to building relationships with clients.
In her free time, Desiree enjoys hammocking and finding new and fun recipes to cook, reflecting her passion for both the outdoors and culinary experiences. As she continues to grow both personally and professionally, Desiree is dedicated to making a positive impact in the IFM community and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
